Privacy Notice
Last updated: October 17, 2026
This notice explains how Prime Commercial Ventures, LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares information through the Doorcount Pro website, app and alert emails (the "Service"). Doorcount is a brand of, and this service is provided by, Prime Commercial Ventures, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company.
Information we collect
- Account: name; email address (used for alerts and account emails and, if you turn it on, access-code recovery); plan, trial dates and license-key status.
- Your deals and buy boxes: the calculator inputs you save, deal names and notes, the results and explanations we generate, and the buy-box criteria you set (states, unit range, deal types, price and cap-rate limits), plus a record of which listings we have emailed you.
- Support emails: if you write to [email protected], the messages you send and our replies, including your email address and anything you include.
- Usage: counts of explainers and emails, and AI usage, for plan limits.
- Technical data: IP address (used briefly for rate limiting and abuse prevention), a sign-in cookie, and service logs such as error and email-delivery records. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers in the app.
How we use information
- To save, recompute and compare your deals and to generate explanations.
- To match public auction listings to your buy boxes and send alerts you turned on.
- To send account emails (welcome, trial reminder, code-reset links, account closure, and notices about the Service or billing).
- To enforce plan limits, provide support, secure the Service and prevent abuse.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers (processors)
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the Service and stores data (Cloudflare Pages and Workers KV). It also runs the AI model used for explanations (Cloudflare Workers AI): the calculator figures for a deal are sent to the model to write the explanation. We do not send your name or email to the model.
- Resend, Inc. sends our emails. Alert emails contain the listings that matched your buy box; Resend processes recipient addresses and delivery events.
- Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft 365) hosts our support inbox, so it processes support emails you send us at [email protected] and our replies. Cloudflare also routes email sent to that address (Cloudflare Email Routing).
- Gumroad, Inc. processes subscription purchases and payments. We do not receive or store your card details. We receive purchase and license-key status.
These providers keep their own records (for example, delivery, security and transaction logs) under their own privacy policies and retention schedules, which we do not control.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Cookies
We use one sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in for up to 30 days. It is required for the app to work. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies in the app.
Data retention
- Saved deals, explanations and buy boxes are kept while your account is open.
- Self-serve deletion is immediate: "Close account and delete data" in Settings deletes your account, saved deals, explanations, buy boxes, alert history, access code and sessions right away, and we email a confirmation. We keep only a minimal record that an account was closed (date and counts, with no personal information) for 90 days.
- Deletion requests sent by email to [email protected] are handled within 30 days of verification.
- Logs (usage, error, rate-limit and email-delivery logs) are kept for up to 90 days; daily run summaries with counts only are kept for up to 120 days.
- Support emails: as long as needed to resolve, no more than 3 years.
- Explainer wording reports (the explainer text you flagged, with your account id and deal id) are kept up to 1 year for review and deleted when you close your account.
- Sign-in sessions expire after 30 days. Code-reset links expire after 30 minutes.
Your choices and rights
- Update your account and alert settings, pause alerts, or unsubscribe (every alert has a one-click unsubscribe link).
- Close your account right away in Settings, or request deletion by emailing [email protected].
- Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information. Email us to make a request. We will verify it and respond as required by law.
- Texas residents: under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act you may have the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, and to access, correct, delete or get a copy of it, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale or profiling (we do none of these). You may appeal a denied request by replying to our decision; if we deny the appeal, you may contact the Texas Attorney General.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access codes, sessions and reset links are stored only as one-way hashes, and the Service uses rate limits and strict browser security headers. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this notice. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date and notify you of material changes.
Governing law
This notice is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
